How Does Esculap Work?

Tadalafil inhibits the PDE5 enzyme, promoting the relaxation of blood vessels and improving blood flow to the penis. This helps achieve and maintain an erection in response to sexual stimulation. The medication does not produce an erection without sexual stimulation.

Composition
